Our client base includes landlords, architects, developers, consultants, local authorities and housing associations; looking after over 65,000 sites.
Our head office in Leeds employs over 150 people, with a further 100 fully qualified engineers employed across the UK.
Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy team in Leeds.
The job will include tasks such as:
- Investigating and resolving engineer queries
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers
- Replying to email and telephone enquiries
- Auditing and processing customer paperwork
- Supporting the team
Requirements of the role:
Ideally you will hold the following skills, however we are open to provide full training to a candidate who has the right qualities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised
- Punctual
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
