Administrator
We are seeking to recruit a professional office administrator to join our administration team on a part time basis. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy office environment and who shows proficiency in the following areas: Filing, Scanning / archiving documents.Timesheets (collating timesheets / submissions / chasing)Updating and maintaining spreadsheetsGenerating Analysis from data providedRespond to emails in a timely mannerAnswer and transferring calls professionally General office duties as and when required A minimum of 12 months'' administrative experience is an essential requirement. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and via email, alongside strong attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative. You will be a supportive, flexible team player, and responsive and timely in your approach. Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and MS office are also desirable. This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week, which will be worked across 3 days.
