This role centres around business-to-business communications, working with a ticketed helpdesk set up to ensure customer queries are dealt with smoothly.This role comes with full training in the role and a supportive team environment. Hours of work - 10 am - 6pm. DAY TO DAY:Liaising with business-to-business customers, following initial sale of productResponding to queries over delivery times / days, clarifying information, providing photographic images, additional detail etcMeeting daily / weekly response times, working to set Service Level Agreements, entering all information and data correctly in to the CRM Ensuring compliance and adhering to relevant policies / regulationsUsing MS Word or Excel daily WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:An ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment - ideally with a background of 1 year in an office Strong accuracy and attention to detailPositive approach to customer service, ability to work to deadlinesProactive approachAND FOR YOU:6% employer contributionVouchers / b...
