About the role
- Our client is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Coordinator Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support temporarily.
- You will assist with scheduling, preparing documents, maintaining records, and liaising with internal staff and external partners to keep processes running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the team
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
- Organise meetings and manage correspondence

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred
