This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop their career in compliance, accreditation, and the construction industry.You will play a key role in maintaining company accreditations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the business in remaining audit-ready at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company accreditations (e.g. CHAS, Constructionline, ISO standards, SafeContractor)Coordinate accreditation applications, renewals, and audit processesMonitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewalsMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentationPrepare and submit information for audits and assessmentsAct as the main point of contact for accreditation bodies and auditorsSupport internal teams with compliance requirements and documentationTrack and report on accreditation status to managementEnsure adherence to health and safety and quality standardsAbout YouWe''re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Essential:Previous experience in an administrative roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage deadlines and work independentlyDesirable:Experience ..... full job details .....
