      <description>Location: Poole | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | General administration within Supply Chain Previous supply chain, logistics or Operations Admin experience would be ideal Full time, on site, Monday to Friday (Between the hours of 8am - 5pm)  We are looking to appoint a temporary administrator, in an ongoing, week by week contract for our client in Poole.  The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, and ideally have worked within either Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or a sales administration role.  The role will be supporting a very busy internal department, so the ability to pic things up quickly, and multi task, is essential. You will also be working with internal teams, and dealing with customers and other third parties, so strong communication skills are required. Duties may include:  Processing Orders: manage and process sales orders whilst ensuring accuracy on data entries and efficiency Raise Purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner to departmental targets using the information provided by the business systems.Ensure supply partners provide purchase order acknowledgements.
