We are recruiting for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join our clients small friendly team in central Bath.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property maintenance and contractor appointments
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Support tenancy processes, including renewals, rent reviews, and notices
- Assist with property inspections such as move-ins and check-outs
- Ensure compliance with current property legislation and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Skills and Experience:
- Previous administration experience within an office environment essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence required
This position is Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:30 pm and is fully office-based.
