We are recruiting for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join our clients small friendly team in central Bath.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property maintenance and contractor appointments
  • Act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords
  • Support tenancy processes, including renewals, rent reviews, and notices
  • Assist with property inspections such as move-ins and check-outs
  • Ensure compliance with current property legislation and safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Full UK driving licence required

This position is Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:30 pm and is fully office-based.
