      <description>Location: Preston | Salary: &amp;pound;28500/annum | Type: Permanent | Are you an organised and proactive Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking an  Administrator in the North West  to support a seven-person operations team delivering maintenance and facilities services across multiple sites.   This is a  100% office-based role , with occasional regional travel required.   The Role As the Administrator, you’ll:     Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day administrative enquiries.   Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain action logs.   Support the coordination of  planned and reactive maintenance works .   Liaise with contractors and internal teams to schedule works and permit bookings.   Raise and process purchase orders and support work order administration.   Prepare project packs, reports and operational documentation.   Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.   Update records within  Maximo or similar maintenance management systems .
