Are you an organised Administrator looking to join a purpose-driven charity where you can make a real impact? We are recruiting for an Office based Administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the business, including:

• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day administration.
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing diaries.
• Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
• Managing emails, calls, correspondence, and office administration.
• Supporting recruitment administration from vacancy through to onboarding.
• Assisting with Board and governance administration.
• Supporting the charity''s website, social media, and internal communications.
• Processing expenses and maintaining credit card records.

About You
You''ll ideally have:

• Previous administration experience supporting senior managers.
• Experience organising meetings and taking minutes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
• The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
