Working in the sales administration department and reporting into the Manager, your main duties as Administrator will include: Taking orders from customer on the telephone and face to face Liaising with the sales team to provide quotes Chasing up quotes Processing the orders on the system Liaising with planning/transport and manufacturing to ensure orders go out in time Responding to all queries via phone and email Dealing with any order problems Dealing with any order returns and issuing either credit notes or replacement items Order processing and invoicing Ensuring all customer files are kept up to date on the computer All general administration duties This is a very fast paced, busy and varied position offering a good mix of dealing with people coupled with general administration.
