Manage client onboarding, including ID and passport verification checks. Complete Companies House administration and maintain statutory registers. Process bills accurately and support the team''s day-to-day administrative functions. Carry out anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks and ensure accurate record keeping. Skills and Experience Required as a Secretarial Administrator: Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative or office support role. Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach. Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
