A well-established construction company based in Angus, are looking to welcome a full-time administrator to their team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work to tight deadlines and rely on their own initiative.

Key Duties

  • Sending out tender enquires to sub-contractors and chasing when appropriate.
  • Preparing purchase orders from material requisition.
  • Occasionally obtaining prices for materials.
  • Completing spreadsheets for various returns.
  • Collating paperwork from sites and returning within the deadline.
  • Coding timesheets for payroll.
  • Chasing deliveries that are late.
  • Informing sites, stores and supervisors of deliveries due to be delivered.
  • Keep drawing registers up to date.
  • Preparing reports for weekly meetings.
  • Helping with inputting delivery notes and purchase invoices to cover holidays.
  • New site administration preparation including H&S files, first aid kits etc.
  • Any other general admin duties as required.

Key Skills

  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident working on own initiative.
  • Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
  • A knowledge of Pegasus Opera is a bonus.
