This varied, long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who is organised, dependable and accurate, and who can combine office-based administration with occasional practical support in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work alongside a second administrator to provide cover across the full working day. The majority of the role is administrative, focusing on the smooth running of the pick and despatch operation. You will also provide hands-on support when collections arrive, particularly if warehouse colleagues are occupied. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate, up-to-date pick and order information. Release pick orders to the warehouse team, monitor progress and update the system. Release completed orders once picking and packing have been finalised. Coordinate two daily collections, usually at approximately 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Use a pump truck to move prepared pallets safely to the loading shutter.
