Job Title: AdministratorLocation: AylesburyContract Details: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), Office based, with the option for hybrid working after 3-month probationary period and satisfactory DBS checks requiredHours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)Salary: £25,392 per annum, rising to £25,992 following successful completion of probationBenefits and Perks:20 days annual leave + bank holidaysHoliday increases with length of service7% employer pension contributionSupportive, purpose-driven working environmentResponsibilities:Reconcile daily contributions for Junior ISA and Child Trust Fund accountsPrepare and process payments to relevant savings accountsSet up and manage bank payments accuratelyAdminister all contribution-related documentationInvestigate and resolve contribution queries promptlyLiaise with donors and account providersSupport donors with contribution processes and promote awarenessAssist with direct debit contribution processesSupport with claiming or locating accountsProvide general administrative support to the wider teamSkills and Attributes:Experience or understanding of working with dataExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsConfident communicator, both written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretionProactive and methodical approach to workTeam player with a positive attitudeDesirable skills:A good understanding of data protection, GDPR and safeguarding ..... full job details .....
