Your responsibilities will include:Managing appointments, schedules, and job diaries using Xero (similar system to Sage)Ordering materials and raising purchase ordersChecking, approving, and processing supplier invoicesLiaising with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on timePreparing and issuing risk assessments and maintaining accurate recordsBooking nationwide hotel accommodation for up to 35 travelling tilersMonitoring CSCS cards, work permits, and compliance documentationCreating, updating, and maintaining Excel spreadsheetsProviding general administrative support to the wider office teamContributing to process and efficiency improvements where possiblePerson SpecificationTo be successful in this role, you will:Have experience with Xero, or SageBe extremely confident working independently while also thriving in a ..... full job details .....
