Our client a leader in the Engineering Field are seeking a highly organised and IT-literate Administrator to support our busy operations team. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage orders and administrative processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm Fri 8am - 4.30pmOn-site parkingKey ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the businessProcess incoming orders accurately and in a timely mannerTake customer orders via phone, email, and online enquiriesDeliver a high level of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clientsManage incoming calls and emails professionally and efficientlyMaintain and update customer records, job files, and CRM systemsPrepare and process documentation including quotes, invoices, and job paperworkLiaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative or office-based roleStrong customer service skills with a professional and friendly mannerIT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectivelyExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work in a fast-growing renewable energy sectorSupportive team ..... full job details .....
