Your efforts will help ensure the smooth operation of the Central Ticket Office, making a real difference in the community.Key Responsibilities:Open and record all incoming post on the National Fixed Penalty System.Process post through scanning and the Electronic Document Management System for prompt decisions.Produce daily prints and check all documents for future court action.Manage enquiries received in the Central Ticket Office email, ensuring timely responses.Operate the electronic mailing system, preparing documents for posting.Handle payments for transfers to the Fixed Penalty Office.Generate correspondence using Microsoft Word and the National Fixed Penalty System.Assist with processing driver admissions and checking for any discrepancies.Address enquiries from the public, remaining ..... full job details .....
