Key Responsibilities: Liaising with Training Managers to understand training requirements Sourcing suitable external training providers Contacting at least three suppliers per requirement to obtain quotes Coordinating training delivery within set deadlines Maintaining accurate records and reports of all activity Monitoring training budget: -175k Working through an existing schedule of training needs with fixed deadlines The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, as the role involves stakeholder coordination and supplier engagement.
