Administrative Support Officer
We are looking to appoint an organised and customer focused Administrative Support Officer to join our Parks and Greenspaces team. This role provides essential administrative and customer support to help ensure the smooth day to day running of parks, greenspaces and allotment services. You will be a key point of contact for enquiries, support officers with records and documentation, and assist with general office coordination. Key responsibilities include: Responding to resident, tenant and stakeholder enquiries Maintaining accurate records, databases and correspondence Providing administrative support for meetings Liaising with colleagues, contractors and site representatives as required About you: You will have experience in an administrative or customer support role, good IT and communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload. A positive, organised approach and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. This is a part time, hybrid role with some flexibility required to support service needs.
