Administrative Officer This role will entail the administrative support of the Public Spaces section, which encompasses street cleansing, grass cutting, overgrowth management, weed spraying, parks operations and development, tree management and allotments across Rhondda Cynon Taf. Administrative Officer To contribute to the provision of high-quality administrative services to the Public spaces Department and to ensure an effective, efficient and responsive interface between the Department and its customers, both internal and external. Administrative Officer Duties include responding to queries, (both verbally and in writing), the raising and processing of invoices for materials, uniform, PPE etc., and the management of GOSS CRM queries. Administrative Officer will require a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, (especially Excel and Word), as well as some familiarity with databases, as this is essential for the role. What you will deliver: To provide high quality customer service by the delivery of telephony and written administrative functions as required. To provide general advice and information to customers, regularly updating the GOSS CRM system and recording complaints accurately. To deal with telephone enquiries following the procedures and processes as laid down for each aspect of the Public Spaces Department.
