Administrative Assistant (Welsh speaking)
Our education client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide short-term support within a busy academic office environment. Fluency in both Welsh and English is essential for this role.This is a full-time, 4-week assignment, working as part of a professional services team to deliver a high-quality administrative service.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update inventory records across offices and teaching spacesSupport the digitisation of archival materials (scanning and organising documents)Accurately input and manage data, identifying any trends or issuesAssist in improving administrative processes and proceduresProvide occasional reception support and handle general enquiriesWork collaboratively to support wider team objectivesEssential Criteria:Previous administrative or office-based experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT systemsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to use initiative and solve problems effectivelyFluent in Welsh and English (spoken and written)Details: 13.84 per hourFull-time (35 hours per week, Monday - Friday)Fully office-based (CF10)Immediate start requiredDue to the urgent nature of this role, applications are encouraged as soon as possible - applications will be reviewed as they are received.Brook Street is proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant and as such, we guarantee to interview all candidates who are ..... full job details .....
