Flexibility with starting earlier and finishing earlier Pay Rate: 13.33The Engineering Contracts Administrator supports the Engineering function by managing the full lifecycle of external contractor engagement. This includes contract administration, supplier performance tracking, compliance oversight, contractor onboarding, and coordination of site works in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain engineering service contracts and supplier recordsSupport contract renewals, cost tracking, and supplier performanceOnboard and induct external contractorsTrack EHS and GMP training and compliance recordsCoordinate contractor visits, schedules, and work permitsMaintain documentation for audits and inspectionsPromote site Health and Safety and GMP standardsRequired Skills and ExperiencePost-secondary educationExperience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) - beneficialExperience with CMMS systems - beneficialGood IT skills (Microsoft Office)Strong communication and organisation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking EnvironmentOffice and manufacturing settingLaptop providedOccasional cleanroom access (no makeup or jewellery permitted)Apply now and a member of our team will be in ..... full job details .....
