Administrative Assistant - HYBRID - 6 MONTH FTCSalary: 23,000 Contract: Fixed Term - 6 months Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Edinburgh City CentreHybrid (2 - 3 days per week in Edinburgh office, including Tuesday) We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide vital support to senior leadership and executive teams. About the RoleThe successful candidate will deliver a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and inbox management. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day to day operations and provide reliable backup to senior leaders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous office experience is an advantage, but we value interpersonal skills, initiative, and eagerness to learn. Key ResponsibilitiesManage busy inboxes, triaging and responding to enquiries.Provide administrative support to senior leadership and executive teams.Assist with diary management, scheduling, and meeting preparation.Prepare and proofread documents, agendas, and reports.Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.Support internal and external events.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.Handle confidential ..... full job details .....
