Job Title: Administration / Accounts AssistantLocation: SomersetSalary: 26,000 to 33,000 (depending on experience) plus profit related bonus, 5 weeks holiday and pension and life assurance schemesHours: Full-timeWe are recruiting an Administration / Accounts Assistant to support the accounts function and day-to-day office operations on a busy site-based environment. This is a varied role suited to someone organised, accurate and confident handling both numbers and people. The company is one of our longest term clients, and is an exemplary employer. This is available due to a promotion, following a retirement - demonstrating the "promote from within" culture.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, match to purchase orders and post onto SagePrepare bank payments and resolve supplier queriesRecord timesheets, sickness, absence, overtime and holidayMaintain site staff expense records and reconcile claimsOrder stationery and PPEAct as primary receptionist and first point of contact for visitors and callsProvide general administrative support and management information as requiredRequirementsMinimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and MathsStudying, or keen to study, AAT Level 2 (or similar)Previous office or accounts administration experienceFamiliar with accounts payable / receivable processesGood Microsoft Excel and Word skillsHighly organised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasksProfessional, reliable and able to work independentlyDesirableMethodical ..... full job details .....
