Administration Team Leader

Client Service Team Leader £35,000 - £40,000 Hybrid Corsham (preferred) / Shaftesbury / Poole / Sherborne A well-established Financial Planning practice is looking to appoint a Client Service Team Leader to oversee its client services and adviser support function across multiple offices. Leading a team of 8-12, you''ll ensure advisers have the support they need to deliver an outstanding client experience, overseeing everything from new business and ongoing servicing through to meeting preparation and day-to-day operational delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll manage workloads, maintain service standards, coach your team, and drive continuous improvement across the department. You''ll also work closely with advisers, paraplanners, compliance and senior management to ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with FCA requirements. While experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be advantageous, we''re equally interested in strong people leaders from other regulated or service-led environments.
