Administration Support Executive and Customer Service CoordinatorSalary: up to £32,000 per annumLocation: Stoke on TrentHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus weekend rota (1 in every 3 weekends)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy and growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys dealing with customers, and can confidently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle enquiries via telephone, email, messaging platforms and in person where applicable.
