A fantastic, long term temporary role for this well-respected charity with offices in Leeds are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their small, yet busy team. Working in this hybrid role on a 36-hour week, the successful candidate will provide varied administrative support, to include front of house duties and enquiry line support. Working at least 2 days in the office, the successful candidate will deal with a range of tasks to include;

  • Managing a high level of administration within the team
  • Reception duties
  • Welcoming all visitors to site
  • Answering calls
  • Managing security passes
  • Manage all post and deliveries- incoming and outgoing
  • Answer and manage all enquiries on the information line
  • Rasing Purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Booking and managing all travel & accommodation for the wider business function
  • Monitoring the Facebook page, dealing with all enquiries

This is a great role which offers variety, an opportunity to learn and the chance to work within a supportive and fast paced setting, the successful candidate will have;

  • A minimum of 12 months administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate IT skills- including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong time management skills
