A fantastic, long term temporary role for this well-respected charity with offices in Leeds are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their small, yet busy team. Working in this hybrid role on a 36-hour week, the successful candidate will provide varied administrative support, to include front of house duties and enquiry line support. Working at least 2 days in the office, the successful candidate will deal with a range of tasks to include;
- Managing a high level of administration within the team
- Reception duties
- Welcoming all visitors to site
- Answering calls
- Managing security passes
- Manage all post and deliveries- incoming and outgoing
- Answer and manage all enquiries on the information line
- Rasing Purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Booking and managing all travel & accommodation for the wider business function
- Monitoring the Facebook page, dealing with all enquiries

- A minimum of 12 months administration experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Intermediate IT skills- including Word, Excel & Outlook
