Administration Manager

Overview
The Admin Manager will be a part of the Senior Admin Team and lead alongside the Head of Department, including providing cover. The role requires demonstrated experience in managing a team and devising new systems. The Admin Manager is responsible for the management of processes to ensure an efficient and effective administrative provision to the service and delivery with local management teams, and will proactively manage projects by sourcing and processing information of a highly complex and sensitive nature. This role requires a good understanding of leadership and supporting senior managers and the Head of Service, with involvement in senior projects.Responsibilities
To deputise for Head of AdminTo line manage Admin and Clerical staff within the Service areaPublicity, including websiteKPI ReportingCo-working with other senior managersPrimary management responsibility for the medical secretary teamsWard Administration - management of team, ward adminAdministration management of Forensic Administration teamManage the administration cover arrangements at times of staff absence with Head of AdministrationRecruitment lead within designated area of Forensic administration teamTo closely work with and provide cover for Administration Manager colleaguesAbout ELFT
