From quotes, to site inspections, recruitment and invoicing.Your key responsibilities will include: Deal with all telephone enquiries Provide quotations and book site inspection visits Be in charge of marketing activity from sales emails to social media postsFacilities management for the office to ensure smooth runningHR and Personnel administration including booking training courses, dealing with holiday requests and assist with recruitment of engineersManage the email inboxScheduling for all of the engineers on site, including job sheetsPlace orders with suppliers and arrange the delivery and collection of these plus all associated paperworkInvoicing and administration support to the accounts dept.Your skills and attributes:You will ideally have worked within the ..... full job details .....
