We are seeking a motivated and professional Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ards Blair Mayne Leisure Centre.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of one of the region''s leading leisure facilities while contributing to the health and wellbeing of our local community.About the RoleAs Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support across a wide range of leisure services. You will work closely with management, staff, customers, external partners, and the Finance department to ensure efficient systems, excellent customer service, and accurate reporting processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing memberships, GP referral administration, financial processing, booking systems, reporting, customer enquiries, and supporting key operational projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate computerised administrative systems and performance reporting.Manage customer appointments including inductions and GP referrals.Maintain GP referral records and reporting processes.Administer memberships using Leisure Management Software and Course ProSupport ..... full job details .....
