Permanent Opportunity for an Administration Assistant in Forres Your new company Our clients have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their tea on a permanent basis in Forres. This role is with an established business operating in the Moray area and offers full-time hours in their office. Your new role In your new role, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support to the business. You will welcome visitors to the office, dealing with any incoming mail and deliveries and directing all in-person enquiries. Part of your role will also include answering incoming calls, managing the email inbox and forwarding all incoming calls and emails to colleagues across the team. In terms of administration support, you will be responsible for data entry into existing files and spreadsheets, logging timesheets, and updating documentation relating to projects, orders and any internal queries. You will assist with diary management, booking travel and accommodation as and when required and providing support to the director. This role is based in-office and hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm. What you''ll need to succeed In this role, you will display excellent communication skills and have a friendly and approachable manner to all visitors to the office.
