A growing services business is seeking a highly organised and Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership. This role combines classic administrative tasks with personal assistance, ensuring the smooth day to day running of both office and executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Communication: Draft and proof correspondence, reports, and presentations; screen calls and emails.

  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reports.

  • Office Coordination: Oversee supplies, filing systems (digital and paper), and liaise with external vendors.

  • Meeting Preparation: Compile agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions..

  • Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate databases and confidential records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant/-Executive Assistant, or PA.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with- Google Workspace; comfortable with cloud-based tools.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
