About the Role We are looking for an experienced Administration and Paraplanning Manager to lead our administration and paraplanning team. This is a varied, hands-on role. You will manage the team''s day to day workload, keep our processes and client servicing running smoothly, and act as the main link between our financial planners and the support team. You will bring solid paraplanning knowledge so you can lead, check and coach the team confidently. No two days will look the same. One minute you might be sorting a pension transfer query, the next you are coaching a team member or reviewing how a process could run better.
