You will track daily attendance, follow up on unexplained absences, and liaise with our client s pastoral teams. You will supervise pre-set work across a range of subjects (Key Stages 3 and 4), managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.About YouOur client is looking for someone who:Strong IT and data entry skills (Arbor, SIMS or similar MIS experience desirable).Excellent communication and diplomacy when speaking with families.A calm, authoritative presence in the classroom to ensure strong behaviour management.A flexible, positive attitude as you may be asked to move from one task to another at short notice.Basic ..... full job details .....
