Admin Support/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer (Grade 5)/Receptionist to join our busy school office team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school.
Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors.
Manage and maintain school records, databases, and correspondence.
Support the delivery of school events, meetings, and communications.
Assist with student attendance, admissions, and reporting systems.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure administrative tasks are carried out efficiently to support teaching, learning, and the wider school community.
