We are seeking a temporary Admin support on a temp basis for around 2 months (with the potential to go temp to perm). Full time, with the working pattern of Monday-FridayMain duties will include (but not limited to):Provide administrative support to Coordinators within a busy teamMonitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring emails are prioritised and actioned promptlyClose down completed work orders and update internal systems accuratelyConduct follow-up calls to customers and stakeholders to confirm job completionAssist with general administrative duties to support team operationsHandle engineering queries and escalate where necessarySupport coordinators with ad-hoc tasks and workload managementMaintain accurate records and documentationProvide flexible support across the teamExperience required:Strong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood attention to detailTeam player with a flexible approachConfident using email and internal systemsPrevious Admin experience is essential.This role is in office only in Norwich, no remote or hybrid working available.
