ADMIN OFFICER - LARNE PORT
Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in the Larne Port are looking a Admin Officer to join their team. Successful candidates must be willing to complete an ANI for this role. start date: ASAP Duration: Initially expected to last for 6 months with an option to extend Rate of pay: £16.50 Weekend pay rate: Sat is £23.19.02 and Sun £30.19 The rates above are SDA 20% ( Shift Disturbance allowance ) Hybrid will be considered with this role. Location: Larne Port Hours: Full Time Shift work consisting of Early Lates and Night shifts. Times provided below An example of working times is as follows:Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:24Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:24Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:24 Shift patterns may be subject to change, determined by business needs. Main Duties Include: The overall job role will be to support the administrative support structure for SPS checks at NI Ports of Entry (POEs) Ensure that the notification - Common Health Entry Document (CHED) Part 1 and health certificate agree and that the documents meet the requirements of the appropriate EU or national rules. Analyse manifest documents to ensure that all consignments have been appropriately notified to the control bodies. Where a manual documentary check is required the AO will conduct a complete check of all documentation. Check primary documents such as digital copies of the CHED Part 1 and the health certificate.
