About the Role
This admin role in Huthwaite is offered by Manpower UK on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave for twelve months. Customer Service Administrator (12 Month Maternity Cover)
We are currently recruiting for a 12-month maternity cover position within a busy Customer Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer service enquiries via telephone and email
- Working with computer systems and accurately updating records
- Providing excellent customer support and maintaining professional communication
- Responding to general customer queries, reviews, and company-related enquiries
- Managing your workload effectively and staying organised
- Working closely within a small team of two
- Learning new processes and adapting to changing situations as required

Salary:

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 12:45pm
