We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Admin Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day operations through effective administration and coordination.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule meetings, including diary management and room bookingsPrepare and send out correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communicationsTake minutes in meetings and circulate notes where requiredMaintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentationAct as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiriesSupport senior team members with diary management and administrative tasksProvide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the teamSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in an administrative or coordination roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional, proactive, and adaptable approachIf you are a motivated and proactive individual with strong administrative skills, looking for a temporary opportunity to support a busy team and keep operations running smoothly, we would welcome your application.Huntress Search ..... full job details .....
