I''m working with a leading awarding and assessment organisation who are looking for an Apprenticeship Assessment Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience to play a key role in supporting the apprenticeship assessment process.
The Role
Act as the main point of contact for apprentices, training providers and employers
Coordinate and schedule apprenticeship assessments with independent assessors
Monitor prerequisites and ensure compliance ahead of assessments
Maintain accurate records and produce reports
Support the onboarding of new clients and assessors
Gather and share feedback to support quality and improvement
What We''re Looking For
5+ years'' experience in customer service/administration (including 2+ years in a senior role)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT literacy and confidence with multiple systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mandatory)
Desirable:
Knowledge of apprenticeships and assessment processes
Experience with apprenticeship systems or vocational qualifications
