Admin Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support a busy Supply Chain department within a large industrial manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established business on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will provide key administrative support across customs, shipping, and invoice processing activities, helping to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day supply chain functions. The role would suit an individual who is confident working with data, documentation, and internal systems within a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Support import customs clearance administration Manage export customs clearance documentation Process and maintain shipping line documentation Assist the wider Supply Chain team with general administrative duties Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed correctly Work with spreadsheets and reporting tools to manage and track data Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders Essential Requirements Previous administration experience within a busy office environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUPs XLOOKUPs Pivot Tables Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment ..... full job details .....
