Admin Assistant
Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent attention to detail? This is a rewarding opportunity to join a busy support team, providing vital administrative and business support services that help deliver essential care services across the local community. In the Administrative Assistant role you will be: Providing professional administrative and business support to a busy teamProcessing sensitive and confidential information accurately and securelyEntering and verifying numerical and text data on internal databasesPreparing and formatting documents using Microsoft OfficeFollowing data protection procedures and statutory timescales to deliver a high-quality service To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in an administrative or business support roleExperience using client databases with excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelGood communication and teamwork skills; Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential This is a full-time temporary position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on an hourly rate of £13.05 per hour plus benefits (weekly pay, holiday accrual and corporate Conwy ffit discount).
