Proactive Global currently is looking for a Admin Assistant to join one of our customers based in Park Royal - NW10 13 PER HOURPark Royal - NW10Key Responsibilities:Daily picking of orders for dispatch.Prepare paper work to final sign off and give to the correct departments (Packing/Sachets).BUYONLINE order dispatch, update the online to show the goods have shipped and attach tracking is possible (for UPS).Booking couriers as required which could include UPS/Palletways for the company. Plus other couriers for customers.Informing customer when goods are ready for collection and ensure all relevant paper work is completed.Monitor progress emails/call requests and respond if the job has already been sent. Should be easy to link as the position monitors all shipments sent out.Ensure where possible all shipments booked have an email address to inform the customer and allow them to track the goods.Complete weekly progress reports for open orders from customers. Such as BAE, Thales, RS, Perkinelmer etc Intrastat processing daily/weekly as required, keep up to date for monthly uploads to accounts.Barcode and label preparation/printing for MOD orders and any other relevant requirements. Key Skills and Competencies:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).Experience using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage) is desirable.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work under pressure ..... full job details .....
