      <description>Location: London | Salary: 26000.00-26000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join our client as permanent team member in their Barking office.This is a family run business that has been established over 100 years and would suit someone who works well as part of a team and thrives in a friendly office environment.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 GCE''s or equivalent in 3 separate subjects including Maths and English, have excellent written and spoken English, excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and good typing speed, the ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team and have a good all round knowledge of administrative processes. Duties will include:Switchboard and reception coverGeneral typingMeeting and greeting visitorsMaintaining accurate record and activity logsIssuing permitsFire Alarm testingDocument/drawing controlProducing operation and maintenance manualsAd hoc general adminHours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm Immediate start for the right candidateIf you have the skills and ability for this role, do not delay, apply today</description>
