Job Role: Admin AssistantPay: 13.52 per hourStart: ASAPContract Length: 3 Months InitiallyLocation: InvernessHours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pmKey Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to colleagues, supervisors, and managers across the serviceMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsAssist in preparing and issuing contract documentation, including work orders, variations, and completion certificatesMonitor contract schedules and track deadlines to ensure timely completionAccurately input and manage data within contract systems and spreadsheetsMaintain organised digital and physical filing systems for compliance and audit requirementsLiaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to coordinate access and schedule worksRespond to queries and handle routine correspondence relating to contracts and complianceTrack statutory compliance data and escalate overdue inspections or non-compliance issuesProvide general administrative support, including document handling, minute-taking, and assisting with ad hoc tasksKey Skills:Skilled in using Microsoft Word to create professional letters, reports, and contract documentsProficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, compliance tracking, and report creationComfortable working across multiple digital systems, including databases and contractor platformsStrong attention to detail when handling sensitive compliance and financial informationEffective communicator, able to engage clearly with contractors, ..... full job details .....
