Admin Assistant

Length: 8 weeks

Rate: -15 per hour via umbrella company

Location: Waterside, London (3 days per week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Management
  • Accurately input and update financial data on internal systems and databases.
  • High attention to detail as consistency and correctness is key.
  • Maintain digital tracker of invoices in partnership with commercial and financial teams.
  • Invoicing & Financial Administration
  • Prepare, issue, and record invoices in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams and depots to resolve discrepancies or queries.
  • Assist with financial team to allow correct reporting.
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data validation and maintenance.
  • Support internal reporting by compiling and formatting data for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role.
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial documentation.
  • Experience working with databases or financial systems is a plus
