Role Summary:
In this pivotal, client-site-based role, you will engage in various responsibilities, including:
Referral Checking: Assess referrals from acute service teams or GPs for patient suitability within our clinical units.
Appointment Coordination: Contact eligible patients to offer appointments, ensuring they receive and comprehend all necessary information and medications prior to their visit.
Data Management: Log all interactions with patients according to required processes and prepare patient notes for upcoming appointments.
Reporting: Accurately report appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities and ensure smooth billing processes.
Support Clinical Functions: Assist in audit activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of care by identifying operational changes.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in patient appointment booking.
Respiratory experience is preferred; however, candidates with medical or healthcare experience will also be considered.
