Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Admin Assistant in Teynham, Kent
This position is an ongoing temp opportunity.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a transport office or similar environment would be preferred
- Previous experience working in an admin based role
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently
The role entails:
- Entering and checking data onto a portal
- General administrative tasks including but not limited to, filing, scanning, etc.
Other details:
- The week would be split between two successful candidates, including weekends.
- 12:00 - 18:00 each
