Description

  • Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk with professionalism
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, events, and office logistics
  • Managing office supplies, purchase orders, and stock
  • Supporting site operations including HS&E, PPE, and contractor coordination
  • Handling calls, mail, couriers, and general admin across the business
  • Providing key support to the Site Director and wider teams

Profile

A successful Admin and Facilities Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
