      <description>Location: Mansfield | Salary: &amp;pound;38000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | PS Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Administration &amp; Customer Service Manager to join a busy and growing business in Mansfield.  Location: Mansfield  Salary: -38,000 - -40,000 DOE  Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm   Key Responsibilities     Manage and develop the administration and customer service team   Oversee workload planning, scheduling and resource allocation   Ensure efficient processing of all new and existing work instructions   Monitor KPIs, performance and service levels   Manage customer complaints and escalations through to resolution   Produce operational and performance reports for senior management   Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies   Support financial reporting, WIP management and cost control   Build strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders    Requirements     Previous experience managing administration and/or customer service teams   Strong leadership and people management skills   Experience managing workloads, KPIs and service levels   Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities   Confident handling customer complaints and escalations   Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office   Customer-fo...</description>
